Upcoming Business Meeting

On February 21, Mt. Carmel will have a business meeting following the morning worship service. 

There is one item up for vote. Based on the unanimous approval of the missions team, the deacons are unanimously recommending that Mt. Carmel become a supporting church for Ron Davis, missionary to Poland. Ron is also a former staff member of MCRBC.

The missions team and the deacons are recommending that the church take on Ron for support at $210 per month. This is equal to approximately 5% of his monthly needs. If the church approves Ron as a partner missionary, we will take a special offering on February 28 to try and raise all of Ron's 2021 support. If this special offering does not meet the need for annual support, the deacons are recommending that we adjust the missions budget for 2021 to make up the difference.

Also, as a special note, on February 28, Ron Davis will be our guest preacher. Pastor Mike and the missions team will be leading the worship service with a special emphasis on world missions.
