Easter: The Simplicity of Life and Death

Why did Jesus have to die? Hadn't He proven Himself as the Son of God?  Why did Jesus have to rise from the dead? Hadn't He paid the penalty for sin? The simple truth is that Jesus died to make a way, and He rose from the dead to prove He is the Way.
